Blind Presents: 15 Companies With The Most Trusted Employees
What’s the secret to employee happiness and retention? According to research, it’s as simple as trusting your team members. A study from PayScale revealed that the more employees feel like their bosses trust them, the happier they are and the less likely they are to look for a new job.
At Blind, we gather workplace insights from over 4.1 million work-email verified users to understand how they feel about their workplace. With the recently launched workplace culture benchmarking tool, Blind Hub, we compiled a ranking of the 15 Companies With The Most Trusted Employees, based on over 10,000 employee responses on the Blind App.
