Layoffs Have Begun, Meta Reality Labs to Lay Off 10%

We are seeing the beginning of 2026 layoffs, starting with Meta’s Reality Labs, which sent an email to 1500 employees this week informing them of their loss of employment. According to Blind users, there are an estimated 3,000-4,000 more positions being cut in the next few months.
