If you’ve quit, been laid off or are between jobs, you can still have access to the important conversations happening on Blind. Based on your previous experience listed in your LinkedIn bio, you can register as a former employee of your most recent job.
The premise remains the same, no personal information is stored and your account is completely anonymous. But now, you don’t need an active job or company email to create an account.
What Does “Ex-Employee” Mean on Blind?
Verified users who sign up through LinkedIn will appear as an “ex-employee” on Blind if they no longer have access to a company email. Users who register with a personal email but do not verify through LinkedIn can only read public posts and cannot comment or access private channels.
