Methodology
Blind analyzed the number of job postings viewed on its talent network between January and July 2024 by the more than 10 million verified professionals in the U.S. in its community.
Job postings were ranked by the average number of job posting views and job applications by verified professionals on Blind who viewed at least one active job posting on the jobs board or the Jobs tab in the Blind mobile app.
The analysis includes only private companies, startups and public companies outside of the top 100 U.S. companies by revenue as ranked by the Fortune 100 list.
