ServiceNow and Visa experienced layoffs this week, losing 3,000 and 2,600 members of their workforces.

Manager Resists FMLA
One Walmart employee shared their manager is resisting the idea of FMLA for mental health:
“I’m at my absolute breaking point, but when I brought up taking FMLA for severe burnout, my manager tried to persuade me into not taking it. I think this is complete nonsense and honestly, I'm ready to just quit and walk away.”
It brings the question of morality and legality into place.
